Creative Club Bartolomeo is interesting and attractive for many important investors and real estate owners.
Recently one of the leading Moscow investing groups came out to the owners of the Club with an interesting and mutually beneficial proposal — to take part in creation of such a park-museum — multifunctional complex on the territory of Moscow city.
The Ukrainian part, for its turn, came out with the counteroffer. The fact of the matter is in integrated and system development of the project meant the necessity of participation of both sides in all projects which form the given system business.
The Ukrainian part offered the Russian investors to purchase 50 % share holding of Creative Club Bartolomeo, which is proportional to shares of Ukrainian participation in Moscow project offered by Moscow investing group. These conditions will provide the parity participation of both parts in all existing and future projects, which will be part of given business. Now the expert appraisal of business objects is being conducted. The estimation may approximately be $15 — $20 million.
To make it as Ukrainian part’s aim — we mean the further development of new zones in Bartolomeo’ establishment and the creation of such an objects on the territory and out of the territory of Ukraine, the Ukrainian part is interested in attraction of partners-investors.

However many offers about creating the similar projects in other regions of Ukraine (SPA — center in Kiev), in Moscow (SPA-center on Rublevskoye Highway, SPA-center in consisting of new sport-complex) and out of the borders of the Commonwealth of Independent States are being considered.
